Does DSI teach AI and GenAI?
Yes, absolutely.
DSI includes a full Generative AI section covering LLMs, prompting, RAG, Agentic AI, and modern coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex. You will also build practical AI projects, including an AI help-desk assistant and an AI SQL agent connected to a live cloud database.
The key difference is that AI is taught on top of strong foundations in SQL, Python, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cloud, and real-world problem solving.
Do I need a degree or technical background?

How long does the curriculum take to complete?
This varies depending on how much time you can commit each week.
Many students complete the core curriculum in around 3 to 8 months, but there is no need to rush. Some move faster, some take longer, and that is completely fine.
