These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit our website, access Data Science Infinity, enrol in our courses, use our student platform, join our community, download our resources, or otherwise use our services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using our website, enrolling in Data Science Infinity, or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, “Data Science Infinity”, “DSI”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means analytics-link Ltd, which operates Data Science Infinity.

2. What these Terms apply to

• Data Science Infinity courses, materials, videos, downloads, resources, templates, projects, and certifications.
• Student accounts and access to the student platform.
• The private student community or members’ group.
• Student support, feedback, guidance, and 1:1 support.
• Emails, forms, webinars, events, and other DSI services or content.

Some parts of Data Science Infinity may be delivered through third-party platforms, such as Teachable, payment processors, email platforms, community tools, or other service providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply when you use those platforms.

3. Using our website and services

You agree to use our website, course materials, student platform, community, and services lawfully, respectfully, and only for their intended purpose.

You must not:

• Use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, performance, or availability of our website, platform, or systems.
• Access, copy, scrape, download, reproduce, or extract content in a way that is not expressly allowed.
• Share your login details with anyone else.
• Use another person’s account without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or infringes someone else’s rights.

We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Student accounts and access

When you enrol in Data Science Infinity, you may need to create an account through our course platform or another approved platform.

Your account is personal to you. You must keep your login details safe and must not share access with anyone else.

Course access, student support, certification, community access, and related services are provided to the individual student who enrols, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If we believe an account is being shared, misused, resold, or accessed in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or remove access.

5. Course access and lifetime access

Where Data Science Infinity refers to “lifetime access”, this means there is no fixed expiry date on your student access to the relevant course materials, provided:

• The programme remains available.
• Your account remains in good standing.
• You comply with these Terms.
• The relevant platform, technology, or third-party services remain reasonably available.

Lifetime access does not mean that every platform, feature, service, third-party tool, community, live element, or support channel will remain available forever in exactly the same form.

We may update, improve, restructure, replace, remove, or retire parts of the curriculum, platform, resources, or delivery method over time.

6. Payments, pricing, and payment plans

Prices, payment options, taxes, and any available discounts will be shown before you purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or course platforms. We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card details ourselves.

If you purchase using a payment plan, you agree to make each payment in line with the payment schedule shown at checkout.

If a payment fails or remains unpaid, we may suspend access to Data Science Infinity until the payment issue is resolved.

Prices, discounts, and offers may change from time to time. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been completed.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Any refund guarantee or cancellation terms that apply to your purchase will be made clear on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or written offer at the time of purchase.

Where Data Science Infinity offers a 14-day money-back guarantee, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at andrew@analytics-link.com.

Unless a separate written offer says otherwise, refund requests made after the applicable refund period may be refused, except where required by law.

Because Data Science Infinity includes digital content, course access may begin shortly after purchase.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All Data Science Infinity materials are owned by us or licensed to us.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Videos.
• Course lessons.
• Slides.
• Downloads.
• Templates.
• Workbooks.
• Quizzes.
• Projects.
• Code examples.
• Written materials.
• Frameworks.
• Graphics.
• Certification materials.
• Community content created by us.
• Branding, logos, names, and website content.

When you enrol in Data Science Infinity, you are given a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and career development.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, share, publish, upload, distribute, or make our materials available to others.
• Use our materials to create, teach, sell, or deliver a competing course, training programme, product, or service.
• Share course videos, downloads, templates, code, projects, or resources outside your own personal use.
• Remove copyright notices, branding, or ownership information.
• Record, scrape, download, extract, or archive course content unless this is expressly allowed.
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You may use your own completed project work, portfolio outputs, code, and learning outcomes for your personal portfolio, CV, LinkedIn, job applications, and interviews, provided you do not share or reproduce protected DSI course materials themselves.

9. Student submissions, feedback, and testimonials

You may choose to submit questions, project work, portfolio materials, CVs, resumes, feedback, reviews, survey responses, testimonials, or other content to us.

You are responsible for making sure any content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe someone else’s rights.

We may use submitted materials to provide support, feedback, guidance, and student services.

We will only use your name, image, testimonial, or personal story in public marketing where we have your permission or another lawful basis to do so.

10. Certification

Data Science Infinity may offer certification, including the DSI Data Science & AI Professional Certification.

Certification is not awarded automatically simply by purchasing or accessing the course. To receive certification, you must meet the requirements we set, which may include completing required learning content, projects, assessments, or other certification criteria.

We may update certification requirements from time to time to maintain quality, relevance, and professional standards.

We may refuse, pause, or revoke certification if we reasonably believe that a student has breached these Terms, misused the course, submitted work that is not their own, acted dishonestly, or failed to meet the required standard.

11. Andrew-led support

Data Science Infinity includes Andrew-led support, including 1:1 guidance, project feedback, portfolio feedback, CV/resume feedback, career strategy support, and interview preparation support.

Where we refer to “lifetime” or “unlimited” 1:1 support, this means there is no fixed expiry date and no set usage cap for eligible students, provided the support is used reasonably and in connection with Data Science Infinity.

Because this support is personally provided by Andrew, it is subject to Andrew’s continued availability. Andrew-led 1:1 support will not be available if Andrew dies, becomes seriously ill, becomes incapacitated, or is otherwise no longer able to provide that support.

If this happens, analytics-link Ltd may need to pause, amend, or discontinue Andrew-led support.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Reasonable use of support

Support is intended to help students with Data Science Infinity-related learning, projects, portfolio development, CV/resume feedback, career strategy, interview preparation, and related guidance.

Unlimited support does not mean:

• Emergency support.
• 24/7 support.
• Guaranteed response times.
• Unlimited live calls on demand.
• Done-for-you coursework, projects, applications, or job tasks.
• Support unrelated to Data Science Infinity.
• Business consulting, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or regulated professional advice.
• Support that is abusive, excessive, unreasonable, or outside the intended purpose of the programme.

We reserve the right to manage, limit, pause, or refuse support where we reasonably believe a student is misusing support, acting abusively, breaching these Terms, or making requests outside the intended scope of Data Science Infinity.

13. Community rules

If you access a private student community, members’ group, Slack workspace, forum, or similar space, you agree to behave respectfully and professionally.

You must not:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, bully, or discriminate against others.
• Share offensive, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated products or services without permission.
• Share private messages, student work, personal information, or confidential content without permission.
• Share DSI course materials outside the community.
• Behave in a way that harms the learning experience of other students.

We may remove posts, restrict community access, or remove a student from the community if we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

14. No guarantee of career outcomes

Data Science Infinity is designed to help students build skills, projects, portfolio evidence, confidence, career strategy, and interview readiness for Data Science, Analytics, AI, and related roles.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Employment.
• Interviews.
• Job offers.
• Promotions.
• Salary increases.
• Freelance or consulting income.
• Career change within a specific timeframe.
• Any specific outcome from completing Data Science Infinity.

Career outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, background, location, experience, portfolio, communication, applications, interview performance, market conditions, and employer decisions.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, salary references, student outcomes, or career stories are provided for illustration and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

15. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep our website, course information, curriculum, resources, pricing, and marketing materials accurate and up to date.

However, errors, omissions, or outdated information may occasionally occur.

We may update, correct, improve, or remove content at any time where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to digital content or services.

16. Changes to Data Science Infinity

We may update, improve, restructure, replace, remove, or discontinue parts of the website, curriculum, resources, community, platform, support channels, pricing, offers, or services from time to time.

We will aim to make changes in a way that is reasonable and does not unfairly remove the core value of the programme purchased.

Some changes may be necessary because of platform changes, legal requirements, technical issues, business needs, curriculum updates, market changes, or third-party provider changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms affects any rights you cannot legally be required to give up.
